Online Application
Aug 24 to Sep 20
Submit the online application via our official website. Applications are reviewed on a rolling cycle. Real humans read every answer, so write in your own voice, no AI. You’ll hear back by email as your application is reviewed.
In-person Interview
Rolling, book anytime
Pass the online application and you’ll receive an email inviting you to the in-person interview round. It’s about 15 to 20 minutes with two interviewers, mixing behavioral and team specific questions. Book whatever day and time works for you at ccgpcc.org/book-interview.
Answer in your own voice
Real humans read this. No AI. A real, imperfect answer beats a perfect-sounding one every time.
Bring a portfolio
Marketing applicants: bring or link a portfolio. We look for range and finish, not perfection.
Know what CCG does
